Our famous Porketta Roast!  A boneless pork butt butterflied then spiced, rolled and tied. Available in the whole roast or 1/2 portion.  The whole roast has an average weight of 8 pounds and the half portions weigh in at approximately 4 pounds.    Minimum order is 1 roast.
